Structure
Over the course of our sessions together, depending on how many you have chosen to do, we will:
- Explore your current life balance and identify long and short-term goals
- Pinpoint what’s important to you and align your goals with your core values
- Assess your strengths, skills and talents and look at how to capitalise on what you do well
- Identify obstacles to overcome and opportunities to exploit
- Analyse realistic options and time-frames to ensure goals and actions are achievable
- Build a repertoire of tools and strategies for future challenges
Each time we meet, I will ask you to update me on where you are, to review actions from the previous meeting and then to set the focus for the current session. As your coach, I will listen without judgment, support and encourage you but also challenge you. Our sessions offer a confidential, safe space for you to explore what you really want and what changes you are willing to make.
Coaching sessions are usually 60 minutes, although I can offer longer, one-off sessions.

If you choose to go ahead, I offer a discount for full payment in advance for a block of 4 or 6 sessions.
- Single 60 minute session (online) – £65
- Single 90 minute session (online) – £85
- Walking & Talking 60 minute session – £75
- Block of 4 sessions of 60 minutes each (online) – £247 (5% discount)
- Block of 6 sessions of 60 minutes each – £351 (10% discount)
Free half-hour follow up around 4-6 weeks after your final session
I also offer places for two half-price series at any one time. If you feel that the coaching is inaccessible for you because of the cost, please get in touch to discuss this option.
